If you would like a deep cleaning, this work is going to take longer than a light cleaning.
Regular/light cleaning is based on the square footage and the contents of your home. For instance, if you have a dog and a cat, there is more to clean due to the pet hair and that will take longer than for a house that has no pets.
The work is based on man hours which is the actual time it will take to clean your home.
Our rate starts at $30/hour for a deep cleaning of a home that has not had a recent cleaning; the average time for 1,500 sq.ft. is 6 hours. Our rate is $25/hour for a general light cleaning in a home that has had recent cleanings, 1,500 sq.ft. usually take 2 hours.
We book appointments on a first come basis. Please call to schedule an appointment or to discuss your needs further…. and don’t forget to mention your $30 discount!
